Raxi Win Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms and conditions

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Raxi Win, the official website and the free colour prediction game you play here. "You" means anyone who visits the site or holds a Raxi Win account. These terms work together with the Raxi Win privacy policy, which explains what is stored and where.

2. Who can use Raxi Win

Raxi Win is for people aged 18 or over. You confirm this when you register. You are also responsible for following the laws that apply where you live.

Raxi Win is free and has no real-money play. In India, the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 has banned real-money online games since 1 May 2026. Our game is built for fun only, with points that never turn into money.

3. Your Raxi Win account

An account is required to play. You can open a free Raxi Win account with a username (3 to 20 characters: a to z, 0 to 9 and _) and a password of at least 6 characters. We never ask for a phone number, email address, OTP or invite code. Returning players can sign in on the Raxi Win login page.

Your account is stored in this browser only, and your password is kept as a salted hash. It does not sync to other devices, so on a new phone or browser you register again. A forgotten password cannot be reset; create a new account instead. Logging out keeps your account, and "Delete account" removes it. Keep your password private. We will never ask you for it.

4. Points have no cash value

Every new account starts with 1,000 free points, and a "Reset points to 1,000" button is always available. Points exist only to keep score in the game.

We never ask you to pay for anything. Anyone who asks you for money, an "unlock fee" or payment details in our name is not Raxi Win.

5. How the game works

Each result is a random number from 0 to 9, drawn in your browser. Nobody can choose, see in advance or change results, and past results cannot predict the next one. Picks lock in the last 5 seconds of a round. A 2% points fee comes off each stake, so points drift down over time. The full Raxi Win colour prediction rules explain every pick and return.

6. Fair use

Please play fairly so the site works well for everyone.

If you break these rules, we may limit or stop your access to the site.

7. The Raxi Win name, logo and content

The Raxi Win name, logo, text and design on this site belong to Raxi Win. You may not use them to run another site, app or channel, or to suggest that it is ours. If you see a site, app or Telegram channel using our name, please report the copycat to us.

8. Availability

We work to keep the site and game running, but we do not promise that they will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or remove parts of the game, including modes, rules and VIP levels, at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

The site and game are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site, losing points, losing an account stored in your browser, or using any other site, app or channel that is not raxiwin.uk.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about them will be handled by the competent courts in India.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and conditions when the site, the game or the law changes. The new version applies from the effective date shown at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms and conditions? Email hello@raxiwin.uk or visit the Raxi Win help desk. We never ask for passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs or money, and we never message you first.
