raxiwin.uk is the only official Raxi Win website. We are not connected to any real-money app, site or Telegram channel that uses a similar name.

We have no phone number, no helpline and no live chat. We also have no official WhatsApp, Telegram or social media accounts yet. Any number or profile that calls itself Raxi Win support is not ours.

Account and login help
Most of the messages we receive are about accounts. Your Raxi Win account lives in the browser you used to register, and your password is stored there as a salted SHA-256 hash. We never see it, so we cannot reset a password, recover an account or move it to another phone.

If you still have your details, you can sign in to your Raxi Win account here. If not, it takes a minute to create a new free account: a username, a password and an 18+ confirmation. No phone number, OTP, email or invite code is needed. To keep the game on your home screen, install the official Raxi Win app from this site.
What we will never ask for
Real Raxi Win customer care will never ask you for any of the following, by email, on this site or anywhere else:
- Your password or an OTP
- Your UPI PIN, bank details or card details
- Money of any kind, including "unlock fees", "tax" or "verification fees"
- Screen sharing or a remote-access app
We also never DM you first. Raxi Win is free: points have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or withdrawn. So anyone who asks you to pay, or promises to release winnings, is not us. Our page on why there are no deposits or withdrawals explains this in full.
Report a fake Raxi Win site, app or channel
If you find a website, app, APK file or Telegram channel that uses the Raxi Win name, please email hello@raxiwin.uk with the address or channel name, where you found it and a screenshot. Do not log in, pay or install anything there.

If someone tricked you
Call the cyber crime helpline 1930 as soon as possible and file a report on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal. Tell your bank straight away and change any password you shared. For consumer complaints you can also use the National Consumer Helpline.

Can you reset my Raxi Win password?
No. Your account is stored in your own browser, and we never see your password. If you forget it, create a new account with a new username. It is free and takes a minute.
Can you move my account or points to a new phone?
No. Accounts are not synced between devices, so register again on the new phone or browser. You start again with 1,000 free points, which have no cash value.
Will Raxi Win message me first on WhatsApp or Telegram?
Never. We have no WhatsApp, Telegram or social media accounts yet, and we never DM anyone first. Treat any such message as a scam and do not reply.
Someone asked me to pay a fee to unlock my Raxi Win winnings. Is that real?
No. Raxi Win is free and has no prizes, and points cannot be withdrawn. Do not pay. Report the message to us and call the cyber crime helpline 1930 if you already paid.
What should I include when I report a fake Raxi Win channel?
Send the website address, app name or channel name, where you found it and a screenshot to hello@raxiwin.uk. Do not log in, pay or install anything there while you wait.
