What Is the Raxi Win Lottery?

The Raxi Win Lottery is not a separate app or a ticket you buy. It is built into our game. Every round ends with a draw of one number from 0 to 9, and that number decides every pick in the round: the colours, Big or Small, and the exact number picks.

There are no tickets, no serial numbers and no lucky dip. Each draw stands on its own and takes between 30 seconds and 5 minutes.

What you can pick in each round

• An exact number from 0 to 9: the lottery pick. It wins only if your number is drawn, and pays 9 times.
• Green, Red or Violet: colour picks that win on several numbers.
• Big (5 to 9) or Small (0 to 4): size picks that win on half of the numbers.

You can make several picks in the same round, for example a number and a colour. Each pick is settled separately against the same drawn number.

Points only, with no cash value

Raxi Win points have no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred or withdrawn, and the game has no prizes. Every new account starts with 1,000 free points, and the Reset points to 1,000 button is always there if you run low. That makes our draw a game of guessing and timing, not a way to make money.

raxiwin.uk is the only official Raxi Win website. We are not connected to any real-money app, site or Telegram channel that uses a similar name.

How to Play the Raxi Win Lottery Draw

Playing the draw takes a few taps once you are signed in. An account is required to play: if you are signed out, the game stays blurred behind a card with two buttons, Register free and I already have an account.

1. Create your free Raxi Win account with a username and a password, and confirm that you are 18 or older. There is no phone number, OTP, email or invite code.
2. Open the Raxi Win game and choose a round length: 30 seconds, 1 minute, 3 minutes or 5 minutes.
3. Tap one of the numbered balls from 0 to 9 to make a lottery pick.
4. Set how many points to stake and the quantity, then confirm the pick.
5. Wait for the countdown. Picks close in the last 5 seconds of each period, so place yours before the lock.
6. When the timer reaches zero, the number is drawn. If it matches your pick, the points go straight to your balance.

An example round

Say you pick the number 7 with 100 points in a 1-minute round. A 2% points fee comes off first, so 98 points go into the pick. If 7 is drawn, you get 98 × 9 = 882 points back. If any other number is drawn, the pick loses and the 100 points are gone.

Raxi Win Lottery Draw Times

Raxi Win Lottery draws run in four modes at the same time, and you can switch between them without losing a pick. Each round is called a period and has its own period number, and periods follow India time.

The 30-second mode gives the most draws by far, while the 5-minute mode gives you more time to think between rounds. The odds are the same in every mode: a slower mode only changes how often you see a result. Our page on every Raxi Win game mode compares the four round lengths in more detail.

Why picks lock before the draw

The 5-second lock gives every player the same cut-off. During the lock, the board shows Bets locked until the next period opens. Picks you confirmed before the lock are settled on the draw.

Raxi Win Lottery Results and How Each Draw Is Made

Every result is a uniformly random number from 0 to 9. It is drawn in your browser with crypto.getRandomValues, the cryptographic random number generator built into modern browsers. Each number has the same 1 in 10 chance in every draw. Nobody can choose, see in advance or change a result, and that includes us.

Where to see past results

Below the board, three tabs keep a record of what has happened in the game:

• Game history: one row per period, with the period number, the drawn number, its colour and Big or Small.
• Chart: how often each number came up (frequency), how many rounds since it last came up (missing) and its longest run in a row (max streak).
• My bets: each of your picks, the stake, the result and the points returned.

The drawn number also sets the colour and size results. 1, 3, 7 and 9 are green, and 2, 4, 6 and 8 are red. 0 is red and violet, and 5 is green and violet. 5 to 9 count as Big, and 0 to 4 as Small. The full colour rules are on our page about how the colour prediction game pays.

Why past results cannot predict the next number

Because each draw stands on its own, the chart describes the past and nothing more. A number that has been "missing" for 20 rounds is no more likely to come up next than any other number. Believing that it is "due" is a well-known thinking error called the gambler's fallacy. Long gaps are normal, as the table shows.

Any group or channel that sells "sure" lottery numbers is selling a story. No formula, chart pattern or app can know the next draw, because the number does not exist until the timer reaches zero.

Raxi Win Lottery Odds and Points Returned

The odds are easy to work out because there are only ten numbers. An exact number pick wins 1 time in 10 on average and pays 9 times the stake after the 2% points fee. That gives an average return of 88.2% of the points you stake. The table compares the number pick with the other picks.

Every average return is below 100%. Over many rounds, your points drift down, whichever pick you choose. That is by design, and it is one reason the game has a Reset points button.

What 100 lottery picks look like

Say you stake 10 points on one number in each of 100 rounds. That is 1,000 points staked. On average you hit your number about 10 times and get 88.2 points back each time, so you end with about 882 of the 1,000 points. In a real session the result spreads widely: some runs hit 15 times, others only 4. Only the average is fixed, and doubling your stake after a miss does not change it.

Raxi Win Lottery VIP Levels

Raxi Win Lottery VIP is the level badge in your game. It shows how many rounds you have played, nothing more. VIP is earned only by playing rounds. It is never bought, and it gives no cash, no prizes and no extra odds.

Every VIP level and how to reach it

There are six levels, from VIP 0 to VIP 5. A round counts toward your level when you have placed at least one pick in it, in any mode. Several picks in the same round still count as one round.

Your game shows your current level and how many more rounds you need for the next one. Clearing your bet history or resetting your points does not lower your total. Deleting your account removes it, along with the rest of your account data.

What VIP does not do

• It does not change the odds of any draw. VIP 5 and VIP 0 face exactly the same 1 in 10 chance.
• It does not raise the 9 times return or remove the 2% points fee.
• It does not give free points, gifts or anything of value.
• It does not depend on your stake: a 1-point pick counts the same as a 1,000-point pick.

Fake VIP offers to ignore

If someone offers to upgrade your Raxiwin lottery VIP level for a fee, it is a scam. Nobody can sell a level, because VIP is counted only from the rounds you play. The only way up is to play rounds in the free game, at your own pace.

Raxi Win Lottery vs Paid State Lotteries

Many people in India know the state lotteries, such as the Kerala draws, where you buy a paper ticket and hope for a cash prize. Our free draw shares the word "lottery", but it works very differently, and it costs nothing.

The biggest difference is money. In our draw you cannot spend money and cannot win money. You can only gain or lose free points, which you can reset at any time.

If a site or app offers to sell you state lottery tickets online under the Raxi Win name, it is not us.

Free Play and the Law in India

India's Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 has been in force since 1 May 2026. It bans real-money online games and their advertising, and it stops payments for them. You can read the full text of the Online Gaming Act on the government's Law-as-Code site.

Our lottery draw has no money in it at all. There are no prizes, and points cannot be bought, sold, transferred or cashed out. It is a free game for adults aged 18 and over.

Your account, points, VIP level and history are saved in this browser and do not sync to other devices, so on a new phone or browser you register again and start a fresh VIP count. A forgotten password cannot be reset. For sign-in problems, see our Raxi Win login help.

The official Raxi Win app is the installable web app: tap Install Raxi Win on Android, or Share and then Add to Home Screen in iPhone Safari. We do not distribute an APK file, so any "Raxi Win APK" download is unofficial. Never install it.
