Who is responsible for your data

Raxi Win (“we”, “us”) runs this website and the free game on it, and is responsible for the small amount of personal data described here. raxiwin.uk is the only official Raxi Win website. We are not connected to any real-money app, site or Telegram channel that uses a similar name, and this policy does not cover them.

What the Raxi Win privacy policy covers

This privacy policy covers every page of this site and the game. The site is a set of static pages with no account database behind it, so most data never reaches us.

Your Raxi Win account stays in your browser

An account is needed to play. When you register a free Raxi Win account, you choose a username and a password and confirm you are 18 or over. We never ask for a phone number, OTP or email. Your browser then keeps, in its localStorage:

• your username and a salted hash of your password (never the password itself);
• your points balance, which starts at 1,000 free points;
• your picks (My bets), recent results and chosen round mode;
• the number of rounds you have played, which sets your VIP level;
• a sign-in marker, so you stay logged in after a reload.

None of this is sent to us. It is not synced to other devices, so on a new phone or browser you register again. Because we hold no copy, a forgotten password cannot be reset: create a new account instead. If your browser blocks storage, the game keeps data in memory for that visit only. Points have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or withdrawn.

App install and offline page

The official Raxi Win web app is installed from your browser, not from an APK file. To make that possible, the site registers a service worker that saves one small “You are offline” page in your browser cache. It does not track you, send notifications or read your other data. Uninstalling the app or clearing site data removes it.

No payments, cookies or analytics

Raxi Win is free, so we never collect payment details, bank or UPI information or ID documents. We set no cookies, and we currently use no analytics, advertising pixels or social media trackers. If we ever add analytics, we will update this privacy policy before it goes live and explain what is collected.

Hosting by Cloudflare

Our pages and images are delivered by Cloudflare. To serve pages and block attacks, Cloudflare processes basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of each request, under its own rules. We do not use this data to identify you. Outside sites we link to, such as government help portals, have their own privacy rules.

If you contact us

If you write to hello@raxiwin.uk or use our Raxi Win customer care page, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains. We use it only to reply and to fix the issue you report. We never sell it or add you to a mailing list. Please never send passwords, OTPs, bank details or ID documents.

Children

Raxi Win is for adults aged 18 and over, and registration asks you to confirm this. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). You can ask us to access, correct or erase data we hold about you, or raise a complaint, by writing to hello@raxiwin.uk.
